We're looking for a motivated and friendly Showroom Sales Consultant who also enjoys creating social media content. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who loves helping customers choose the perfect products while showcasing our stunning designs online.
Key Responsibilities
Showroom & Sales:
* Welcome customers and provide professional product advice on bathroom and kitchen fittings, vanities, tapware, tiles, and accessories
* Prepare quotes, invoices, and product orders
* Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are presented beautifully
* Follow up on customer inquiries and assist with after-sales service
* Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and designers
Social Media & Marketing:
* Capture and post engaging content (photos/videos) for Instagram and TikTok
* Create simple captions, stories, and reels highlighting showroom products and projects
* Assist with managing social media messages and comments
* Support marketing activities such as promotions, website updates, and seasonal campaigns
Skills & Experience:
* Experience in retail or showroom sales
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication)
* Basic knowledge of social media (Instagram, TikTok)
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
This is a part-time position initially, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time role based on performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
