Our team in Sales is currently searching for a Corporate Sales Manager.
What awaits you?
- You will be responsible for achieving defined sales targets and contributing to the performance of the BMW and MINI brands for FMO (including novated lease) and Small Medium Enterprises (SME’s).
- You will be responsible for developing sales channels for sustained volume and growth with FMO managed business and novated lease offerings across both the BMW and MINI brands.
- You will be responsible for the development and implementation of key activities and pricing actions relating to target customer groups that are aligned to meet BMW Group objectives by volume, model line, budget and CoR.
- You will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of sales plans and achievement of sales within the SME sector and establish an effective sales strategy for the relevant customer types.
- You will drive the development of vehicle sales forecasts and marketing plans as well as reporting results, tracking progress against targets, and driving continuous improvements in sales processes and customer engagement.
What you should bring along?
- A tertiary qualification in Business or related discipline required.
- Demonstrated experience in the automotive sector or a dealer network environment necessary.
- Proven track record in a business-to-business sales workplace, including exposure to fleet management or finance industries.
- Strong relationship management experience with the ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders and present strategic recommendations.
- Possess the ability to develop, present and manage complex business pricing structures and tender responses.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable creating and delivering persuasive sales materials.
