* Paid Media (Google Ads / Meta Ads) – Solid working knowledge of campaign setup, optimisation, and performance tracking
* Social Media Management – Content planning, execution, and optimisation
* AI & Automation – AI tools, CRM workflows, and marketing systems
Your Profile
* Strong self-starter mindset with demonstrated initiative
* Entrepreneurial, with a clear ambition to build and own an agency
* 3+ years' experience or a graduate with proven practical capability
* Results-driven and commercially focused
* Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership
* Actively adopts AI, automation, and emerging tools
* Confident dealing directly with clients
* Willing to prospect and generate new business opportunities
* Thinks in systems, scale, and long-term growth
