Reporting primarily to the HCLTech Global Head of Compliance (UK), with a dotted‐line relationship to HCLTech Global General Counsel (USA), the role operates with a high level of independence – though collaborating with other legal & compliance SMEs in Australia across DWS and HCLTech.
