Your new company is an engineering consultancy that offers technical support on corrosion. Providing support to industries such as manufacturing and development, power generation, construction and mining, no day for you will ever look the same.
**Your new role**
Working under the Operations and Administrations Manager, you will be required to fulfil several duties including but not limited to:
- Travel management including but not limited to preparing and booking travel itineraries and following up invoice retrieval after travel
- Preparing product quotes, data entry into required systems, and regularly following up with sales representatives
- Answering training enquiries, providing relevant information, and preparing training documents
- Assist in maintaining the company social media pages
- Planning and executing annual industry conferences and events
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Accounts/Sales software's
- Ability to work autonomously and in a hands-on team environment
- Organisation and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
- A positive approach to change and keen to take initiative
- A professional and confident approach is essential
