At our Surfers Paradise, Robina and Coolangatta spa locations, we focus on delivering professional remedial massage services that support client wellbeing through therapeutic treatment and ongoing care. Services are provided in private treatment rooms within an appointment-based setting.
Endota also operates a national education program and develops certified skincare products used within its spa network. While the business offers a range of wellness services, the nominated position is specifically focused on the provision of remedial massage therapy.
As a Remedial Massage Therapist in accordance with recognised remedial massage practices, you will provide professional therapeutic services to clients, focusing on the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
* Assessing clients to identify musculoskeletal conditions, physical concerns, and treatment needs
* Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans
* Delivering remedial massage therapy to treat soft tissue injuries, pain, and musculoskeletal dysfunction
* Applying knowledge of anatomy and physiology to perform targeted therapeutic treatments
* Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment techniques as required
* Providing professional advice on post-treatment care and ongoing management strategies
* Maintaining accurate client records and treatment notes
* Ensuring treatment rooms are maintained in a clean and professional condition
* Maintaining professional standards in accordance with industry guidelines and best practice
Your skills and experience
* Diploma of Remedial Massage or equivalent qualification
* At least 3 years of relevant work experience in remedial massage or a closely related role
* Demonstrated experience in providing remedial massage therapy
* Sound understanding of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal conditions
* Ability to assess clients and develop appropriate treatment plans
* Strong communication skills and ability to build professional client relationships
* Ability to work as part of a team in a structured treatment environment
* Be available on weekends if required.
Position details
* Full-time position (40 hours per week)
* Salary: $80,000 per annum plus superannuation
* Ongoing employment in a structured spa environment
