Role Overview
As the HR Business Partner you will work as part of a larger People & Culture team, partnering with senior management and business leaders to create, drive, and deliver people solutions in line with the business strategy. Your role will incorporate value‑adding solutions across a range of areas including strategic workforce planning, talent and succession management, culture & engagement planning, performance coaching, case management, change management, and coaching complex employment advice.
Responsibilities
- Strategic workforce planning and talent management aligned with business goals.
- Succession planning to support leadership continuity.
- Culture & engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience.
- Performance coaching and development programmes.
- Case management and escalation of employee relations issues.
- Change management support for organisational transformations.
- Providing coaching and complex employment advice to business leaders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a true business partner.
- Comfortable building and maintaining strong partnerships to drive business results.
- Experience in supporting escalated ER issues and case management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop transparent, actionable steps that support overall business strategy.
- Strong business acumen and a comprehensive understanding of the link between people and business strategy outcomes.
- Collaborative across all HR functions to deliver solutions for the business.
- Self‑motivation, drive, resilience, and high skill in influencing, negotiating, gaining credibility, and building stakeholder relationships.
- Patient, assertive, diplomatic, with a collaborative style and willingness to take ownership of your portfolio.

Education
- Bachelor of Business majoring in HR Management or equivalent.
