Over the last 12 months, our clients total sales were $565 million which is up by +12.9% from the previous financial year, with online sales up 4.5% to circa 20% and their Technology footprint is only growing. Note: This role is based in Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs and will require you to be onsite 2-3 days a week. They will however be moving to Chadstone shopping centre mid-2025. The Opportunity The Integration Lead will be responsible for overseeing the integration of various systems, applications and databases within their retail organisation. This role provides specialist technical advice in relation to existing processes and will be responsible for planning, problem-solving and implementing requirements within ICT programs. Reporting to the Integration & eCommerce Lead, this role will support Solution Design, Continuous Improvement and Performance Testing & Optimization to name a few areas.About the roleYou will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:Solution Design and Implementation:Design and implement integration solutions to connect eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, external systems, and internal systems using MuleSoft, Azure Integration Suite (Logic App, API Gateway, Azure Storage, Azure Functions), SQL Server, SSIS, MongoDB, MQ, and other integration tools.Develop detailed solution designs and derive development tasks based on business and project requirements. Continuous Integration and Deployment:Utilize tools such as Jenkins, Git, and DevOps practices for continuous integration and delivery.Manage deployment processes, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment of integration solutions into production environments. Documentation and Coordination:Prepare technical specifications and documentation for integration projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth integration processes. Support and Maintenance:Provide production support, troubleshooting, and resolving integration issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure system availability.Lead data and system migration efforts, ensuring data integrity and system functionality throughout the migration process.Maintain integration artifacts and ensure adherence to maintenance best practices, with a focus on scalability and reliability.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in integration technologies.
