What You'll Do
As the Receptionist in our dynamic office, you will be the first point of contact, delivering outstanding customer service and essential administrative support to our team. Your role encompasses, but is not limited to:
Administration Duties
* Attend to reception duties such as screening calls, receiving and catering for clients, and maintaining a neat and orderly appearance of the reception area at all times
* Administrative Tasks: Performing clerical duties such as filing, data entry, assisting with day-to-day operations for the rental & sales teams, and maintaining records.
* Answer enquiries and emails
* Manage stationery and paper supplies
* Collect, direct and manage all incoming and outgoing mail and email to the appropriate people
* Daily mailing and key management.
* Providing quality customer service and friendly interaction with walk-in customers
Rental Assistance Duties
* Handle preliminary enquiries over the counter and over the phone from prospective tenants & pass on to appropriate team member
* Update rental list daily and ensure enough copies are always available
* Prepare Open for Inspection packs .
* Manage & maintain Rental key register
Sales Assistance Duties
* Handle preliminary enquiries over the counter and over the phone from prospective clients and taking messages for Agents.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5pm
