Job Title
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital & IT Manager to lead our digital initiatives and manage daily IT activities.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business acumen, problem-solving skills, and IT project management expertise, along with hands-on experience in managing daily IT operations.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business goals.
* Lead IT projects related to digital transformation, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
* Identify opportunities to optimize business processes through digital solutions and automation.
* Collaborate with departments and international teams to understand needs and translate them into digital solutions.
* Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
* Research emerging technologies for their potential impact on the business.
* Facilitate organizational change and smooth adoption of new digital tools.
* Provide regular updates on project progress and digital initiatives.
* Communicate and collaborate effectively with European and Asian stakeholders, considering cultural nuances and time zones.
* Oversee daily IT functions, including hardware replacement, application management, user support, and infrastructure maintenance.
Requirements
* Experience: 3+ years in digital product management and IT operations, with a successful track record in product launches and managing daily IT functions.
* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and IT infrastructure management.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data to inform product and operational decisions.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Creative and effective at solving complex technical and operational problems.
* Customer Focus: Passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.
