Role Overview
The Broker Success Manager (BSM) partners with brokers to enhance productivity and retention over 12 months. Responsibilities include coaching, business planning, training, and driving growth in revenue, productivity, and team expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Building: Engage with 100% of brokers in your segment through coaching, training, and events to increase productivity and engagement.
Business Planning & Compliance: Ensure brokers complete mobile dash targets and business meetings, and maintain audit review standards.
Additional Duties: Perform other duties as required within your capabilities.
Activities to Achieve Outcomes
Drive activity generation such as call-a-thons and training sessions.
Coordinate with agents, referrers, and organize workshops and retreats.
Support recruitment, performance management, and contribute to online platforms.
Understand and optimize the customer journey to settlement.
Qualifications & Skills
At least 3 years of senior experience in Financial Services.
Proven success in improving business performance.
Strong business acumen and coaching certification or experience.
Ability to interpret complex documents and communicate effectively.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
Persistent, proactive, and capable of developing people.
Persuasive with a strong work ethic.
