We're seeking a Business Solutions Partner who is energised by business growth, client engagement, relationship-building and commercial problem-solving, rather than traditional accounting compliance.

Your time will be spent where it creates the most value - working directly with clients, understanding their challenges, diagnosing opportunities, and connecting them with the right specialists who can solve their problems.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with business owners to uncover commercial needs and growth opportunities
* Connect clients with specialists across Accounting, Advisory, Tax and Wealth
* Manage client relationships from initial engagement through to long-term partnership
* Collaborate across internal teams to deliver integrated, multi-disciplinary solutions
About you
You're a commercially minded professional with experience in Accounting, Business Services or Advisory, and a genuine passion for helping businesses grow. You thrive on building trusted relationships, solving problems, and delivering value beyond the numbers.
You're naturally curious, collaborative, and motivated by opportunity. As this role involves regional responsibility, travel to client meetings is a key component of success.
