The successful candidate will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain high food standards, and lead junior kitchen staff.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Head Chef in menu planning, costing, and stock control.Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff.Ensure consistency and quality in food preparation and presentation.Maintain kitchen hygiene and compliance with food safety standards.Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.Manage kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.Skills & Experience RequiredMinimum of 1 year' experience as a Chef.Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification).
