About You
You will be responsible for making highest quality sourdough bread and pastry products from daily production orders in accordance with recipes.
Responsibilities
* Make and bake sourdough bread and pastry products to meet daily production orders.
* Mix, mould, shape and bake dough according to standard recipes.
* Perform repetitive tasks efficiently and reliably.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety in line with HACCP guidelines.
Qualifications
* Minimum of one to three years experience in dough and pastry techniques.
* Training in HACCP guidelines for clean, hygienic and protected baking and use of machinery.
* Good numeracy, positive attitude and ability to work as a team member.
* Skills and experience in other areas of baking highly regarded.
* Certificate III in Baking or Patisserie (required).
Alternative Pathway
Alternatively, an Apprentice Baker or Bakers Assistant who wants to complete qualification or seeks an on‐the‐job mentoring and training program is welcome to apply.

Job Details

* Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,600.00 per year.
* Experience required: 1 year in baking.
* Language required: English.
* Preferred: Driver licence.
