Job Description
This is a key role within our organization, responsible for scheduling installations and coordinating with various teams.
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of installers, liaising with builders to ensure timely completion of installations, and working closely with technical, logistics, and sales teams.
* Confirming installation team availability
* Scheduling appointments
* Liaising with installers, builders, and site supervisors via phone and email
* Regular confirmations and rearrangements
* Resolving issues before and during onsite installations
About You
We are seeking an individual with:
* Minimum 2+ years relevant experience in construction (scheduling, project management)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
* Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Tech savvy and commercially astute
Bonus Points
Experience working with contractors or trades is highly regarded, as well as experience negotiating contracts, using Salesforce, and proficient in Google Sheets or Excel.
