Reporting to our Social Media Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering end-to-end video production for CPA Australia's Brand and Marketing team.
This role is all about creating high-quality, social-first video content that drives engagement and supports our go-to-market plans across multiple channels.
You'll be responsible for filming (on location, at events, and with talent), editing, and applying creative expertise to produce compelling, platform-optimised videos that elevate our social storytelling.
What you'll do: Create and edit short-form video content for all major social platforms across international markets.
Plan shoots, draft scripts, and coordinate talent for video production.
Produce long-form video content for YouTube and other channels.
Align with the Social Media team to deliver against the content calendar.
Capture "on-the-ground" content at events and repurpose existing footage into marketing-ready assets.
Stay ahead of emerging social trends and proactively pitch new video ideas.
Create multimedia assets (graphics, carousels) as needed.
Provide occasional video support for leadership communications (e.g., CEO messages).
About you: Strong social media background with hands-on experience in video production, filming, and editing.
Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
Experienced in creating content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
A creative portfolio showcasing social-first video content.
Collaborative, with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
