We have recently appointed a Studio Lead who is focused on establishing our market presence and building a dynamic and innovative team to deliver award-winning projects. Description
As a Senior Landscape Architect with Arcadia you will:
* Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture, showcasing strong technical, visual communication and interpersonal skills
* Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture, or a related field
* Innovation & Trends: Stay informed about emerging design trends, sustainability practices, and industry standards
* Technical Skills: Possess well-developed technical skills in design and construction techniques and programs
* Time Management: Ensure projects run on schedule and align with the scope and fee
* Communication: Exhibit solid communication, presentation, and client-facing skills (written, oral, and listening)
* Software Proficiency: Proficient in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, SketchUp, and hand-drawing
* Passion for Learning and Growing: You love what you do, like to learn and stay curious
Skills And Experiences
As a Senior Landscape Architect you have, or mostly have:
* Well developed technical skills in regards to design and construction techniques and programs
* Team leadership skills and the ability to coach and develop others
* Design thinking and graphic storytelling skills
* Strong project and time management skills, ensure projects run to schedule and budget
* Good communication and presentation skills (both written and oral)
* Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, MS Office, SketchUp, Revit and hand-drawing
* 5+ years professional experience in landscape architecture
* Bachelor of Landscape Architecture or accepted equivalent skill set
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
