Office Administrator
We are seeking an office all‐rounder to help our various departments. While you will have your own set of responsibilities, you will receive hands‐on learning and experience across all our departments. Reporting directly to the Director, this role provides essential support to the DM3 Team. It is a full‐time position and is strictly residential in Kalgoorlie.

Role Responsibilities
* Manage ordering of supplies for all departments
* Organise staff functions
* Maintain registers
* Assist other departments as requested
* Operations (e.g. travel bookings, site inductions, paperwork distribution)
* Workshop (e.g. licence renewals, pre‐start reports)
* Accounts (payables, receivables, reporting)
Your Skills & Qualifications
* Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Willingness and ability to learn recent systems and skills
* Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team setting
