About The Role
* Shape and guide a customer‐led pricing strategy that balances competitiveness, value, and sustainable margin
* Embed clear pricing principles to bring consistency and confidence to decision‐making
* Continuously refine pricing through insight, customer understanding, and market awareness
* Lead Risk and Trade commercial ownership within Same Game Multi Value Stream, focused on delivering high impact customer‐led initiatives
* Prioritise and guide opportunities across pricing, models, and products, partnering with stakeholders to deliver from idea to execution
* Create clear visibility of priorities, progress, and outcomes, fostering alignment across teams
* Deliver thoughtful analysis and translate data into clear, actionable insights that support decision‐making
* Contribute to budget and forecasting through careful trend analysis and margin management
* Build strong, supportive relationships across teams, communicating strategy with clarity and care to influence alignment at all levels
About You
While we're big on development and offer strong on‐the‐job support, we want to set you up for success. Along with a positive, curious mindset, it would be great if you bring:
* A blend of commercial thinking and pricing experience, ideally within wagering or a similar customer‐focused environment
* A natural curiosity and an interest in working with data to uncover insights, while keeping the broader commercial picture in mind
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders across a range of perspectives
* Comfort working in ambiguity, with the ability to bring structure and stay focused on shared goals
* A collaborative approach, with a willingness to share ideas, support others, and continue learning and growing
