We're a fast-paced, heart-led team that values growth, good energy, and attention to detail. We're now on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Warehouse & Boutique All rounder to join our growing team in our Mandurah warehouse.

THE ROLE – HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:
This role plays a key part in delivering magic to our customers through efficient, accurate, and beautifully packed orders. We're a busy warehouse with a high volume of daily orders, especially during peak period, so we're looking for someone who can work quickly and stay calm under pressure without compromising on care.
This is a casual role with the potential for ongoing work for the right person.
Your daily duties will include, but aren't limited to:
* Picking and packing online orders with speed and minimal errors
* Labelling and preparing parcels for dispatch
* Assisting with stock deliveries, unpacking, and restocking shelves
* Counting & Quality Controlling incoming stock
* Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised throughout the day
* Helping to rotate and manage stock levels
* General support across the warehouse team as needed
* Delivering excellent customer service in store at our Boutique when needed
YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

* Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in your accuracy
* Are physically fit and comfortable being on your feet for long periods
* Are reliable, punctual, and consistent
* Can follow systems, processes, and instructions with care
* Are a team player with a positive, can-do attitude
* Are available on weekdays (hours flexible depending on volume)
Previous warehouse, retail or pick/pack experience is a plus but not required, we'll teach you our way if you bring the right attitude.
