Your Role as a Health Promotion Officer
In the position of Health Promotion Officer - Cancer Awareness you will be based in Derby, you will be at the forefront of our cancer awareness campaigns. Your expertise will be essential in developing and executing educational programs aimed at increasing public knowledge about cancer prevention.
You will work closely with healthcare providers, community organisations, and the public to disseminate vital information and resources. This role demands a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for community health.

* Proven experience in health promotion or related fields.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and cultures
* Passion for improving public health outcomes, particularly in cancer awareness.
* Current "C" Class Drivers licence.

Compensation and Perks
We offer a competitive salary of $79,806 per annum pro rata, along with an
* Accommodation Allowance of $7,800 per annum pro rata
* Annual Airfare of $1,683 (after 12 months of service)
* Relocation reimbursement of up to $5,000 (upon providing receipts)
* Salary Sacrifice up to $30,000 per year (optional).
