Reporting to the Infrastructure Superintendent, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining Maxwell's Surface Electrical Infrastructure to ensure it remains reliable and fit for purpose, aligning with business needs.Key responsibilities include:Maintaining Maxwell Electrical Infrastructure for reliability and business suitability.Overseeing all activities to ensure safety and efficiency.Supporting the team in achieving operational objectives and performance targets.Assisting in developing Surface Infrastructure systems and processes as asset responsibilities expand.Supporting the Infrastructure Superintendent in proper scoping and resourcing of maintenance activities.Ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of maintenance tasks.Promoting a positive safety culture with a focus on continuous improvement.Conducting workplace inspections of Surface Infrastructure areas as per the Mine Inspection Plan.Supporting site HS&E requirements and demonstrating a strong safety focus.ABOUT YOUTo succeed in this role, you will:Have a minimum of 2 years' experience maintaining Electrical Infrastructure in processing or fixed plant environments.Possess a Certificate of Proficiency in an electrical trade.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Be committed to safety protocols and procedures.Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of Pulse Maintenance System and an Instrumentation Trade Qualification would be advantageous.Successful applicants will be required to undertake an Order 43 medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing.EMPLOYEE BENEFITSCompetitive remuneration package with comprehensive employee benefitsSalary packaging options through MaxxiaSupport via Malabar's Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Inclusive and collaborative work environmentLong-term career opportunities within a 25-year mine lifeCompany culture focused on internal promotion and career developmentNote: Only direct applications will be considered at this time.About usMalabar Resources is an independent, Australian-owned resources company with projects in the Hunter Valley.
