About The Role
This dynamic field-based role involves delivering high-quality service, breakdown support, fault finding and preventative maintenance on JCB machinery across the region. You will spend approximately 90% of your time on customer sites.
What You'll Be Doing
* Diagnosing and resolving breakdowns in the field.
* Performing scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance.
* Conducting fault finding across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
* Working directly with customers to deliver safe and professional service.
* Collaborating with internal technical teams on complex repairs.
* Representing the business professionally across customer sites.

About You
* Mechanical Trade Certificate (all mechanical trades considered).
* Experience working on fixed or mobile plant, construction, agricultural or automotive equipment.
* Previous JCB or OEM equipment experience desirable.
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
* Current Australian driver's licence.
* Commitment to safe work practices and good communication skills.
* Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening.
* Full working rights in Australia.
