Seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of Windows Virtual Desktop solutions in Azure.
Job Description
This role requires a strong background in virtualization, cloud computing, and enterprise mobility. The successful candidate will design, implement, and manage scalable and secure Windows Virtual Desktop environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deploy Windows Virtual Desktop host pools on Microsoft Azure
* Provision and manage Azure Active Directory, including user accounts and group permissions
* Configure network connectivity using ExpressRoute and site-to-site VPNs
* Migrate and maintain VDI workloads in Azure Cloud
* Plan, design, implement, and support Azure, Office 365, and On Premise solutions
* Experience with Azure IaaS, ARM Templates, and PowerShell scripting
* Deploy and manage virtual desktops with Microsoft Windows 7, 8.1, 10
* Understand the Windows Virtual Desktop configuration workflow
* Provision administrator roles in Azure AD
* Configure apps and desktops for users
* Collaborate with operational counterparts to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* 5+ years of experience in virtualization, cloud computing, and enterprise mobility
* Strong knowledge of Windows Virtual Desktop, Azure, and PowerShell
* Ability to design, implement, and manage scalable and secure Windows Virtual Desktop environments
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
