Job Role
Mechanical Design Engineer required to provide detailed design of energy and water projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Work as part of a multi-disciplined team responsible for production design deliverables.
* Assist in all aspects of mechanical design from site surveys to tender pricing.
* Produce procurement specifications, hydraulic calculations and detailed design construction drawings.
* Project manage third party designs and provide design assistance to installation and commissioning teams.
* Communicate with clients and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with specifications.
Requirements
* BEng or MEng in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent by experience.
* Background in producing detailed designs within the water and/or energy sectors.
* Chartered status beneficial but not essential.
