Enjoy the luxury of part-time work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, giving you a 4-day weekend every week. This short-term role is to start ASAP for approximately 3 months, covering while the business recruits a permanent Payroll Officer.
Reporting to the CFO in a hospitality business, you’ll manage payroll for 80 permanent employees and up to 400 casuals via Employment Hero (casual numbers fluctuate depending on events). You’ll also handle superannuation, payroll tax, annual and long service leave, and could streamline processes, suggest improvements, and perform critical payroll analysis. Should you prefer to work 5 days a week, this could also be an option as well.
Requirements:
* Prior experience with Employment Hero
* Strong attention to detail and payroll accuracy
* Available to start immediately
