We're looking for an adaptable, proactive Relief Manager to step into a high-impact role supporting retail stores across remote Northern Territory and Far North Queensland. What You'll Do:
* Step in as Store Manager across multiple remote sites, covering leave and vacancies
* Be available to travel on short notice and support stores across varying locations
* Manage store operations including team leadership, inventory, merchandising, cost control, and community initiatives
* Coach and mentor Duty Managers and local staff to build capability and performance
* Oversee café/takeaway operations where applicable, ensuring food safety standards are met
* Ensure accurate financial management and compliance in-store
* Build meaningful relationships with community leaders and stakeholders

Highly Regarded (But not essential):
