Job Description
As a Program Support Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting communities across NSW. You will work closely with our team to provide administrative and project support services to senior level management.
* You will be responsible for providing positive customer service to volunteers, implementing changes, and developing new strengths.
* Problem-solving, thinking on your feet, and demonstrating sound experience in the Microsoft 365 suite are essential skills for this position.
Our ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of AIIMS principles and processes, or be willing to obtain competence within six months.
Requirements
* Experience in providing a broad range of administrative and project support services to senior level management.
* Enjoy working within a collaborative team environment to achieve outcomes.
* Proven high-quality writing, communication, and administration skills.
* Flexible to work weekdays, weekends (up to two weekends a month), and evenings at a variety of locations across NSW.
