Your Responsibilities: Provide skilled, quality in-home care including: Personal Care Manual Handling (including transfers, lifting machines) Mealtime assistance Catheter/Bowel/PEG tube care Companionship Medication Administration Light Housekeeping Assisting community access and running errands. Complete mandatory paid e-learning and competency programs. Confidently detect and report concerns to clinical manager. Proactively seek ways to enhance clients' lives.
