We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, self-driven person to join our Client Services team supporting our team of Financial Advisers. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in our Geelong office. Day to day, you will support our Advisers and ensure that team workflow is managed efficiently. We have all the tools, people and offices to make your journey a success, so you can grow your career
Your role, your contribution
* Prepare accurately reconciled client review reporting for Advisers.
* Liaise with fund managers and maintain client portfolios through financial planning software.
* Booking appointments, document management and data entry and deliver general ad-hoc administrative support.
* Deliver quality service and outputs to client in both written and verbal form.
* Support our Client Associate team.
