About the Role
This is a hands-on fabrication role where you will be involved in the manufacturing of roller shutter products and working closely with our team to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
* Manufacture roller shutter products for residential and commercial projects
* Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
* Assist in meeting production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
* Continuously learn and develop new skills within the role
About You
* Experience in roller shutter manufacturing or similar is an advantage (but not essential)
* Experience using hand tools, drills, rivet guns and basic workshop equipment is essential
* Quick learner with strong attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual, and well-organised
* Ability to follow instructions and read (or learn to read) basic drawings
* Positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
* Committed to working safely at all times
* Australian citizen or permanent resident
