What you'll be doing
* Managing end-to-end payroll for allocated clients — processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly runs.
* Interpreting awards and EBAs, ensuring full compliance and accuracy across multiple payrolls.
* Handling payroll queries and client communication with professionalism and precision.
* Assisting with system enhancements, onboarding and user testing during upgrades or migrations.
* Working within a supportive, collaborative team that values efficiency and excellence.
Who you are
* A
payroll professional
with experience in high-volume or complex environments.
* Confident with awards, EBAs and multi-state payrolls.
* Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and stakeholders while maintaining accuracy.
* Tech-savvy, proactive and detail-focused — you love improving processes and solving problems.
