With a solid team of seven already in place, they're now looking for a high-energy, fast-paced Property Manager to take on a well-supported, well-run portfolio.
The Role:
You'll manage your own portfolio of 160 properties, with around 70% houses. No leasing, no BDM, and no accounts. Your focus is purely on quality portfolio management and exceptional client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Your day-to-day will include:
Managing all landlord relationships
Handling arrears with confidence
Tribunal preparation and attendance
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
Managing insurance claims
Delivering outstanding customer service to both landlords and tenants
Using modern tech including PropertyMe and Inspection Manager
