Court Services Manager Opportunity
A unique chance to lead and oversee daily operations of a courthouse, ensuring efficient, secure, and professional management of court-related processes. As Court Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing scheduling and coordination of court hearings, and ensuring the safety and security of courtrooms, detainees, staff, and the public.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead court services staff, including clerks, security personnel, and administrative roles
* Oversee the scheduling and coordination of court hearings, trials, and judicial proceedings
* Evaluate and maintain high standards of safety and security within the courthouse
* Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience gained within an Australian Immigration Centre (on-shore/off-shore), Australian Correctional Centre or Foreign Prison environment
* Able to pass a National Police Certificate (NPC) and additional background checks
* Australian Driver's Licence
* Excellent communication skills, fluent English language abilities, and experience providing clear instructions and undertaking internal and external stakeholder engagement
