The Job
This part-time position is located in Yarrawonga Branch and requires working 5 days a week, Monday to Thursday 9am to 4:30pm and Friday 9am to 5:15pm on a fixed-term contract.
* Provide superior support to customers as their primary point of contact and always put them at the forefront.
* Help customers identify suitable products and services including account opening, lending and banking transactions.
* Ensure seamless customer experiences and guarantee that all details are accurate and up-to-date.
* Present customers with Smarter Banking options to simplify their banking experience.
* Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills.
