You will be a key member of the team responsible for delivering high-level qualitative and quantitative reporting in response to regular and adhoc information requests. By leveraging existing SES systems, you will develop and implement innovative reporting solutions to ensure consistent and accurate outputs.
Your key accountabilities
The core capability requirements for this role are:
* Prepare and generate reports and briefs to meet statutory, legislative, and business reporting requirements.
* Respond and provide advice to management and clients on adhoc requests for information and reports.
* Develop complex reporting solutions, including procedures and standards, which ensure quality assurance and integrity of all reporting to ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance.
* Implement and manage effective workflow systems and processes to ensure reporting tasks and deadlines are delivered and met.
* Monitor and report on SES' implementation of whole-of-government and organisational plans, and departmental priorities and commitments in accordance with legislative and whole-of-government reporting requirements.
* Research and prepare complex reports, briefs, submissions, and other correspondence on a range of issues and opportunities in accordance with departmental requirements.
* Develop and maintain effective and positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote collaboration and support improvement in systems and processes.
* Undertake projects on a diverse range of issues and provide advice and options to solve problems and issues impacting on SES.

* Ability to create data visualisations and custom reports using dashboard tools (e.g. Microsoft Power BI).
