You will be involved in a prestigious $140m development in the heart of Brisbane, consisting of two eight-storey towers seamlessly integrated with a beautifully restored heritage-listed residence from the 1870s.
Responsibilities
- The Structures Foreman will oversee all structural works on site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
- You will lead and coordinate structural trades and crane crews.
- Prior experience in high-rise construction is highly regarded.
Qualifications
- A degree in Construction Management or a relevant tertiary qualification (preferred)
- Experience in EBA site environments
- Sound knowledge and practical experience with industrial relations (IR)
- Demonstrated success in high-rise construction projects
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale, multi-million-dollar developments
- Strong leadership skills in site and structural supervision within commercial construction
- Highly organised, with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
