About The Role
Cater Care is seeking passionate Casual Chefs to join our Gold Coast Precinct site. You will prepare and present high-quality meals in a fast-paced, hands‐on kitchen supporting school camps, sporting groups, and children's programs.
This role involves bulk cookery, a strong focus on food safety, and working collaboratively within a supportive team to deliver consistent, high-quality catering.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and present quality meals for school camps, sporting groups, and clients.
* Support bulk meal production and daily kitchen operations.
* Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional food service.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well‐organised kitchen at all times.
* Follow strict food safety and workplace health standards.
* Complete general kitchen duties as required.
Desired Skills and Experience
* Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
* Previous experience in a similar chef or cook role (catering experience desirable).
* Experience with bulk cookery highly regarded.
* Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.
* Positive attitude and passion for quality food service.
