We currently seek a friendly, personable, and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team in Stuart Park.
Kerry's Automotive Group is a family‑owned and operated business in Darwin NT, that was established in 1988. The dealership is home to Mercedes‑Benz, Holden, GMC, Nissan, Honda, Ineos and GWM Haval.
This position is within our fast‑paced Service Department and is responsible for high volume, inbound and outbound front desk duties, and a variety of administrative tasks.

Your Role:
Be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional service.
Be a customer service superstar, ensuring the customer has a great dealership experience.
Coordinate service appointments, manage job scheduling, and maintain accurate records.
Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management to ensure a smooth service experience .
Assist customers with vehicle maintenance plans and provide expert advice on vehicle care.
Manage customer follow‑ups to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.
Skills and Experience:
A positive "can‑do" attitude and passion for customer service.
Proven experience in a customer‑facing role .
Highly motivated, organized, and IT savvy .
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
A mechanical aptitude is advantageous but not essential.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team .
