You will be responsible for:Owning and monitoring the performance of major contractors to ensure safety, contractual compliance, governance and performance indicators are met Identifying data trends and insights and producing reports and dashboards that will inform, elevate and improve contractor management processes Implementing sustainable workflow systems and processes to enable the achievement of both strategic and tactical plans Providing direction and support to MMO Contract Owners to ensure effective and adequate operational site management is maintained Liaising with Supply & Logistics for any commercial related Contract requirements Ensuring the effective operation of the aerodrome, compliance with regulatory requirements and air transport services (including ad hoc charters) is provided to MMO Supporting operational continuous improvement and business optimisation initiatives Assist in business case development About YouThis role would suit a results driven and experienced Superintendent.
