The Role
The role of the Ninja Master is to manage and grow Ninja Parc Academy classes.
1. Tiny Ninjas: Walking - 2 years
2. Mini Ninjas: 3 - 6 years
3. Little Ninjas: 7 - 10 years
4. Youth Ninjas: 10 - 14 years
We're looking for someone that is passionate about movement, coaching and leadership. You must have a high level of interest in being a part of the Ninja Parc community both locally and nationally. Whilst you will be provided with training, structure and support you must also be proactive and creative.
Key requirements of the position:
5. Deliver high quality classes for kids, teens and adults
6. Deliver regular Ninja Coach and Parc Ranger development
7. Uphold the quality of all Ninja Parc product and programs
8. Achieve Ninja Parc Academy growth targets
9. Organise and deliver Ninja competitions
10. Help to connect Ninja Parc with the local community
11. Follow Ninja Parc systems and process
12. Inspire and lead a team of Ninja Coaches and Parc Rangers
What we are looking for (Essential):
13. Ability to deliver high quality classes and coaching
14. Ability to work with kids, teens and adults
15. Strong leadership qualities
16. A proactive attitude
17. Coaching qualification
18. Current First Aid and CPR
19. Current Drivers Licence
Desirable:
20. Experience/certification in gymnastics
21. Experience/certification in obstacle/ninja
22. Experience/certification in parkour
23. Experience/certification in calisthenics
24. Experience working with children
25. Experience in customer service
