**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and supervise a team to deliver outstanding service
- Train, mentor and develop team members to achieve operational goals
- Uphold compliance with Hungry Jacks' operational and safety standards
- Ensure adherence to company policies, including Food Safety and WHS requirements
- Manage inventory and stock control, assisting in productive day-to-day operations
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving guest issues professionally
What will you bring?:
- Previous team leader or supervisory experience in fast food restaurant is essential
- A passion for hospitality, with a customer-focused and self-motivated attitude
- The ability to work autonomously in a high-pressure setting
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture
- Flexibility to work shifts across a 7-day rotating roster
- Food Safety Certificate
