About the Role
Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store.
This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
Roster Cycle
The successful applicant must be available to work within the following hours (some shifts are subject to a fortnightly rotation):

About You & Your Skills
Leadership experience in a retail/hospitality capacity
A passion to drive your own career, and others around you, forward
Well-developed and professional communication skills
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and training to others
Ability to adapt to change
Strong attention to detail
Strong sense of teamwork
Pre-Employment Requirements
The successful candidate will be required to confirm their Australian working rights, as well as provide a current police clearance certificate.
