The Role
We're seeking a hands-on, organised, and proactive Property Assistant to help keep our properties in perfect condition for guests. This part-time role (3 days per week – plus 1 weekend per month) is ideal for someone local who enjoys a mix of administrative work, on-site visits, and guest interaction. You'll work closely with our Property Manager and support daily operations to ensure every property is guest-ready and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and organise linen and laundry bags.
* Conduct property checks to maintain presentation standards.
* Communicate with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Handle small maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, minor repairs).
* Replenish stock and supplies across properties.
* Be available on a rotating roster for occasional after-hours guest or property needs.
* Assist cleaners when required — making beds, light tidying, or quick touch-ups.
About You
* Highly organised, dependable, and proactive.
* Hands-on and willing to step in where needed.
* Great communicator with a helpful, can-do approach.
* Own reliable car and valid driver's licence.
* Experience in Airbnb hosting, property management, or hospitality is an advantage — but not essential.
