* Design, implement, and continuously enhance risk frameworks and governance structures.
* Oversee enterprise risk reporting, delivering actionable insights to the Executive and Board Risk Committee.
* Manage the risk management policy suite, ensuring alignment with regulatory and strategic changes.
* Own the strategic direction and operational management of risk systems and technology platforms.
* Coordinate system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements for robust, user-friendly risk technology.
* Standardize risk reporting templates and uplift reporting quality across risk domains.
* Support regulatory reviews, internal audits, and policy development to meet APRA standards.
* Foster collaboration across the organisation to enhance risk accountability and governance practices.
* Build and lead a high-performing team of risk professionals, driving capability development and continuous improvement.
* Monitor regulatory developments and act as a liaison for governance-related queries from regulators, auditors, and assurance providers.
