About the role Reporting to the National Franchise Sales Manager, the Franchise Sales Associate is responsible for administering the Franchise recruitment funnel, from enquiry through to conversion. The primary purpose of this position is to assist with the development of Snap Fitness across Australia and New Zealand. Drive Franchise new and existing club Sales for Snap Fitness. Drive network growth by achieving new club sales targets. Manage initial Franchisee onboarding to ensure Franchisee is set up for success. Qualifications and Experience Self Starter and extremely driven A proven successful sales history preferably in any of gym membership sales, gym management, franchise sales or real estate sales. Experience managing a sales funnel process from engagement, nurturing, conversion and documentation. Experience with platforms such as Franconnect, Hubspot or Salesforce. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with external and internal stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. While experience in franchising or fitness is an advantage, your ability to learn quickly and build lasting relationships is what truly sets you apart.
