This leading global provider of Facilities Management services is looking to drive their existing growth by recruiting experienced Bid professionals to join their dynamic, fast paced team.
Main responsibilities:
- Planning, drafting, gathering information, editing content
- Collaboratively prepare and write compelling, compliant, and successful documents that win business (including responses, EOIs, proposals, tenders, and RFPs)
- Proof documents to improve clarity, grammar, structure, format, and the pitch
- Nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and clients
- Develop bid policies, procedures, and management plans
- Review and develop bid content and templates to maintain and expand the Bid Library
Skills and Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, communications, journalism, or a relevant field is desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
- Outstanding organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure a cohesive approach to coordinating contributions in a timely manner
- A working knowledge of InDesign and Adobe Illustrator would be desirable.
- Experience in using SharePoint to support bid management processes and document management
- Knowledge and experience of bid management methodology and project management
