About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Manager to lead the development and execution of our procurement strategies across our Australia and New Zealand operations. This role is critical in driving supplier governance, cost control, and standardisation of equipment, consumables, and services across multiple sectors.
The position plays a key role in supporting strong commercial outcomes by optimising supplier performance, improving cost efficiency, and ensuring consistent supply chain practices across all contracts.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish and manage a structured procurement framework across the business
* Deliver measurable cost savings and improved commercial outcomes through effective supplier strategies
* Ensure standardisation of suppliers, products and services across all sectors
* Support operational teams through reliable, compliant and efficient supply chain management
* Develop and maintain an approved supplier list across all procurement categories
* Lead procurement strategies for key spend areas including equipment, consumables, hygiene and maintenance services
* Negotiate supplier agreements, pricing structures, rebates and commercial terms
* Conduct supplier performance reviews and manage ongoing supplier relationships
* Analyse spend data and identify cost saving and efficiency opportunities
* Support operational transitions through supplier onboarding and supply chain readiness
* Conduct market testing and benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing structures
* Ensure procurement strategies align with estimating assumptions and contract budgets
* Delivery of cost savings and procurement efficiencies

Skills & Experience
* Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management capability
* Demonstrated ability to analyse spend data and identify cost-saving opportunities
* Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across operational and commercial teams
* Experience implementing structured procurement frameworks within multi-site environments
* Ability to balance operational requirements with commercial outcomes
