We're looking for an empowering Assistant Director to join the leadership team at Milestones Early Learning Armidale. This role is perfect for an experienced educator or Room Leader ready to take the next step, or an existing Assistant Director wanting to grow within a large, supportive organisation.
Milestones Early Learning Armidale is seeking a passionate Assistant Director to help lead our thriving 90‐place centre. You'll work closely with the Centre Director to uplift educator practice, build strong family relationships and ensure our centre delivers high‐quality learning every day. What You Bring
* Diploma or ACECQA‐approved qualification
* Experience as an Assistant Director or senior educator
* Current Working With Children Check
* Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills
