Reporting to the Mine General Manager, the Site Services & Projects Manager will be responsible for overseeing site services activities, planning and executing sustaining and capital improvement projects, and managing overall site-wide continuous improvement initiatives.This position is based in Geraldton, Ontario, with travel to the mine site on a rotation basis. Key Responsibilities Understand project scope and business drivers; lead planning, development, and implementation of site services, mine sustaining and capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.Manage site-wide activities such as water and waste management, roads, infrastructure, and building management.Engage with management to develop mine strategies and overall direction.Lead and manage teams of engineers, project coordinators, contractors, and site services personnel.Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to meet project goals.Define project scopes clearly and ensure delivery within budget, on time, and with high quality.Promote and maintain a strong safety culture. Required Experience and Skills Minimum of 15+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in a mine setting (asset).Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
